If you love canyons, you’ll love Canyon Day!

Middle and high school students and community members join with the students, faculty and staff of San Diego Mesa College in an annual event to clean up of a branch of Tecolote Canyon adjacent to Mesa College. The event has evolved since its launch in 2007. This year Canyon Day will focus on the clean-up of Tecolote Canyon, followed by Canyon Talks during a brown bag lunch on the grounds of the P100/200 buildings. Middle and high school students find Canyon Clean-up to be a wonderful learning activity that meets community service requirements.
