Students must have an application on file and possess a college student I.D. number in order to schedule an appointment for a testing/orientation. Seating is limited for all assessment/orientation sessions. Please stop by MV-21 or call (619) 388-2718 or email the testing staff at testing@sdccd.edu to schedule your appointment.
Students are required to present a picture ID in order to be admitted. Please arrive early! Check-in begins 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you miss your scheduled appointment or arrive late, contact the Testing office to reschedule.
Testing Availability
New Matriculating Students: Please contact the Testing Office in order to schedule a testing session and New Student Orientation.
ESOL/Non-Native English: Available by appointment only. Please contact the Testing Office to check availability.
Math and/or English Exams for Transferring/Continuing/Returning Students:
- Starting Tuesday, September 7th 2010, testing will be available on a Walk-In basis every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, anytime between 9:00am and 2:00pm. Students can check in at the Testing Office, room MV-21, to take their exams. These exams are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and there may be a wait. Please plan accordingly.
