SDCCD Enrollment Management Dashboard

This dashboard has key metrics related to enrollment management (student enrollment, sections scheduled, anticipated apportionment, assigned FTE) and is refreshed daily. Metrics can be disaggregated from the college level to specific sections. There are a set number of ways to view and filter the metrics to flexibly support your needs for data-informed decision-making.

Faculty Hiring Prioritization Data Dashboard

This dashboard contains key metrics related to faculty staffing trends, such as capacity, enrollment, faculty headcount, fill rate, FTES, FTEF, and section count. This data is intended to inform faculty hiring prioritization.

Student Characteristics Dashboard (Term Level)

Course Outcomes Dashboard

This dashboard presents course completion rates, course success rates, and course GPA trends for all courses offered at Mesa College by academic year or term. Users can dive deeper to compare courses within the same program, disaggregate results by student demographics, and explore equity gaps across groups. This tool helps identify which students may be struggling and informs both instruction and student services in designing or improving programs to better support student success.

Institutional Learning Outcomes Dashboard

This dashboard provides a summary of Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs) assessed at Mesa College between 2019 and 2022. The outcomes evaluated include Global Consciousness, Critical Thinking, Information Literacy, Professional and Ethical Behavior, and Communication. Users can explore assessment results over time and gain insights into areas of student strength and opportunities for improvement.

SDCCD Work-Based Learning (WBL) Dashboard

This dashboard provides insights into how students across the San Diego Community College District participate in work-based learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. Users can explore college-level data to view participation trends by course, subject area, and student demographics, as well as types of WBL activities such as internships, clinical experiences, job shadowing, and career exploration. The dashboard helps identify equity gaps and supports efforts to strengthen WBL programs and improve student success.

Awards Dashboard

This dashboard provides detailed information about the awards earned by students at Mesa College, including efficiency metrics on time to completion and units earned, as well as equity gap analyses to evaluate whether awards are being earned proportionally across student groups. These insights help track program effectiveness and support strategies to guide students toward timely completion with fewer excess units.

Transfer Volume Dashboard

This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of Mesa College students who transfer to four-year institutions according to the Student-Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) methodology. The dashboard allows users to explore transfer trends over time, including the annual number of students transferring and their average units at transfer. It highlights top transfer destinations, the most common majors pursued by transfer students, and the types of degrees earned prior to transfer. Users are able to drill down into specific student groups and analyze transfer patterns in greater detail.

SDCCD CTE Employment Outcomes Survey (CTEOS) Dashboard

This dashboard provides a districtwide summary of employment outcomes for former Career Technical Education (CTE) students who completed coursework 1.5 to 2 years prior to the survey year. Based on statewide CTEOS data collected annually since 2017, the dashboard includes outcomes for three primary student groups: Completers, Terminal Certificate earners, and Skills Builders. This tool visualizes key metrics to support practitioners in understanding CTE student employment outcomes and improving program effectiveness across the district’s four colleges.

MT2C Tutoring and Equity Data Dashboard

This dashboard provides an overview of Mesa College’s tutoring services through MT2C, including on-campus support, satellite locations serving special populations, embedded tutoring, and online services. Using appointment data from MyWCOnline (excluding no-shows), the dashboard tracks usage trends and compares outcomes between tutored and non-tutored students in terms of course completion, success rates, and GPA. It also disaggregates results across a variety of demographic categories to assess equity in access and impact.

STEM Peer Mentoring Dashboard

This dashboard examines the outcomes of students in the STEM Peer Mentoring (PM) program, funded by STEM ES³ through Mesa’s Title III, Part F Department of Education Grant. Since PM sessions are course-specific, the analysis focuses on outcomes for students enrolled in courses where PM support is offered. Students are categorized into two groups: Peer Mentees, who attended at least one PM session for the course, and a Comparison Group, who did not. By comparing these groups across terms and demographic subgroups, the dashboard provides insights into the program’s impact on student success.

Student Services Program Review Dashboard

This dashboard presents student characteristics, course outcomes, and equity gap analyses for a variety of Student Services programs. It compares the outcomes of students who participated in specific programs with those who did not, providing insight into program impact. The purpose of this dashboard is to support program review and continuous improvement by offering data-driven evidence to inform decision-making.
