Online Tutoring
Online tutoring services are available all day and night (24 hours/7 days a week)
through NetTutor on Blackboard and can be found in the Content area of your Mesa course.
There are two online options:
1) Submit a paper for feedback within 48 hours (usually it's much quicker).
2) Ask questions and talk to a tutor live.
Both of these options are available if you follow the steps below. If you do not have
an instructor who uses Blackboard or who has not activated "NetTutor" on Blackboard,
then please send an email to [email protected] to be enrolled.
Here is how to use NetTutor
Step 1: Login to your SDCCD Blackboard account and go inside your English course (or other
course that uses NetTutor). Click the "NetTutor" link on the left side menu.
Step 2: Click the "NetTutor" link in the main window.
Step 3: Click "Live Writing Tutor and Paper Center."
Step 4: Select "Live 1-to-1 Help" to ask some questions or submit your paper in the "Paper Center" for feedback. If you submit your paper, your work will be returned within 48 hours.
